The Department of Doctrine and Combat Development (DDCD) is one of the 4 department that make up TRADOC NA. The department is headed by a major general who is the chief of Doctrine and combat Development (CDCD). By TRADOC NA hierarchy, the CDCD is the next most senior officer to the commander TRADOC NA.
